I’ve tried other brands, but this one I prefer specifically because I can tell that it’s working. Other brands I can say they may be more cost-efficient. They may even be more expensive, but I truly am not getting the same effect of what I’m looking for that, I would get with this brand. I try a different brand recently and mid bottle went on ahead and ordered another bottle of this and that one is just sitting now going to Waste. This is my preferred brand

These increased my milk supply a lot in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey. I stopped having to take them and them as my baby stopped needing milk as much (starting solids). I noticed started getting frustrated when she did feed because my breasts weren’t as full anymore, so I started taking them again, and my supply is back up - no more frustration from her! Unintended benefit: they make my body odor smell like maple syrup!! They also taste like maple syrup.

It a alternative way to take your herbal. What I like about this particular way of taking herbs is that it's a capsule, which makes it easier to take without having to taste anything that is that is not pleasant. The reasoning for me taking this particular kind of Herb is for hair growth and skin. I heard and read that it's good for hair growth and a lot of other things but mainly for hair growth and skin. Now what I have noticed while taking this herb is that I have lost a little weight, now... I'm not saying that, it does I'm not promoting that. I'm just saying these are my experiences wow while taking fenugreek I have noticed. I have been taking them for about 30 days now I also noticed a Maple syrup smell they came from the herb and while taking it my body odor slightly smelled like Maple syrup especially when I use the restroom my urine smell like Maple syrup a little bit. I've also noticed that my digestive system has really been a lot smoother after eating so I really recommend this, that is one of the targeted area that it's for. I most definitely would say yes to that area, it does work and I'm not taking it for those purposes and I noticed. I'm still taking them, I'm still collecting my data I will update when something new changes. I will say do your on research on Fenugreek and see what's works best for you and try🥰🤗🤞🏾

I take this for my cholesterol which my doctor suggested for me. It has helped with that, plus has also helped me lose weight by cutting out half of cholesterol from my diet. Pill size is a little bit bigger, but not hard to swallow. I only take a half dose though, because it upset my stomach a bit.

I have purchased this supplement 5 times now and it’s worth it. It tastes good like maple syrup and easy on the stomach. I do think it helps with my hormones balancing out and mood improvements has great health benefits and good potency.

Noticed it working 3 days in

Recently brought this to help with breast milk production and I have noticed a difference. I have only been on it for 2 days and already I can see i am making more milk. Now,I am not an over producer I was making under an ounce per breast per session sometimes. I Recently finished fenugreek supplements by another company and I did not noticed any difference if anything my supply was dropping. I noticed that I am making over an ounce now per session per breast and haven't done anything drastic in my diet.
