Q: Will these mirrors work on a 2016 Ranger crew cab?

I have a 2020 ranger and they fit great on it. Bolted right on. I don’t know if the 2016 is the same or not.

Q: Will they work with the 2017 Ranger High Lifter with half factory doors they have?

Don't know bought for a 2019 XP 1000

Q: Will this work with 1/2 doors?

Not knowing how your half doors attach or hinge, I cannot know for certain. These are attached to the side high up on the frame and a little at the outer portion of the metal frame for the windshield. We are able to attach portable acrylic windshield which we needed but we have the cloth doors that are not interfered with. Look closely at the video about installation and you can view a long lower bracket portion that might be in the area you need to close or hinge the half door unless it is lower than the bracket. If you can return them for free then indeed try them as they are sturdy and excellent. I would attach a photo of ours but only see a video option.
