Viteps 'Lumbar Support Back Cushion Pillow Work Chair Back Support,Wheelchair Cushion with Straps, Sciatica and Pain Relief (Dark Black, 1)

I needed a Back Support Pillow / Cushion mainly to fill in the gap between the back of the Office Chair and my sitting forward. I am short (5'1"), so need to sit forward so my legs can bend at the edge of the bottom seat and not be extended out, on my Home Office Chair. This works perfect for that. The curvature in the Cushion is kind of small, meaning that it just fits my build (small - medium), but might not work for a taller / bigger build person.The Cushion itself is comfortable and does not move too much. Only if I do a lot of shifting around.

I've been using this lumbar support for 1 week now and so far I haven't had the urge to return it. The last product I bought was more expensive and didn't help my back pain at all. This particular support doesn't seem too bulky to me, it's firm and doesn't seem to let me "sink" into it which provides good support, and doesn't have the annoying "scoop" sues on it which really bothered me on the last product I bought. I use it in my Escape and it fits fine around the seat using the strap; however it does slide up and down and to the sides when I move around (getting in and out of my vehicle) so in have to adjust it frequently...but that is going to happen with any product as such, not too bothersome. I drive an hour to work one way and this has helped tremendously with my lower back pain. I will continue to use and give an update.

The quality seemed good and the price was great, but unfortunately I had to return it. Although the width across the back might have been fine, the actually flat section before it winged out on the sides was to narrow for me. I didn’t feel like I settled into it correctly and was very aware it was behind me. I am only a 5’6” women and my back is pretty normal, but maybe this will be the same for most others out there in this price range. I used one at my physical therapist office that was perfect and very comfortable, but I’m also sure it was more expensive then I can afford. So for now I’m going with a rolled up towel, which isn’t the best. Everyone is different, so this could would fine for others.

This is an excellent product especially for the price. I have several of these for back support around the house and I paid much more for a couple of them. This one is as good, if not better, than the ones I paid a lot more for. I highly recommend this product.

I have not had the pillow long, but I do enjoy having it. I have severe lower back pain due to arthritis and fibromyalgia. I use the pillow when I have to sit in hard-backed chairs with no cushioning. It provides that lumbar support we all need and that most seats are severely lacking. It does reduce the pain when the back is properly supported. I especially like the size of the pillow, as it supports a large area of the back and tailbone, and the adjustable straps which allows it to work with almost any seat. I also like how I can carry the pillow like a back-pack, using the straps, and keep my hands free.

I’m super new to the lumbar support game, but I have been having lower back pain more frequently. Doesn’t help that I need a new mattress, that I’m getting old, and have bad posture. No injury or anything seriously medical. I put these bad boys in my car on driver and passenger seat. Both me and my fiancé were surprised at the actual difference it made. Very sturdy as in it didn’t collapse under me, held up really firm. Feels really good on my back and has already helped my back pain/posture. He immediately stole one to take to work so I ordered another pair for our home computer chair and to replace the stolen one in my car. He’s joked about strapping it to himself so that every chair he sits in will have lumbar support. Lol

I should have listened to the other negative reviews. First of all the pillow is too soft. I thought this may be good because it would conform to my back. However, I need something to press against my spine for support, and this pillow is just too soft. It ends up pressing on the soft tissue around my spine and gives no support to my spine. Surprisingly, soft is less comfortable than firm.Secondly, the side “wings” are too big and too close together. You’d have to be a very petite person to fit between them. So while the overall width of the pillow is fine, the actual lumbar support portion is very narrow.Third, from top to bottom in the center lumbar support region, there is almost no curvature. What little curvature is there is worthless because the foam is just too soft.I’m surprised this pillow is useful to anyone looking for lumbar support.

This pillow worked great! It offers really good support and feels like it hugs you. Lol No lie. I use it for work but I tested it in my car on the way to work and I fell in love. I have a Nissan and the way they make the seats and headrests now it kinda forces you to hunch. But with the pillow I was able to sit up straight the way I should be. I love it. Will soon be getting another for my car. Also talked my mom into getting one. She loves hers as well
