This cheese is absolutely delicious!

These halloumis are delicious! I have had difficult finding some at a reasonable price but I’m glad I tried these from this seller.One of my orders had an issue but they resolved it so quickly and were so polite and courteous. This company definitely deserves your business and they have my loyalty from now on too (as long as they keep their prices low and competitive, that is because you know, money problems..!) but seriously, their support team and customer care is some of the best I’ve experienced.They package their products extremely well and take great care in making sure they get to you in a safe condition.As far as halloumis go, these are pretty good. They’re soft but not too squidgy or rubbery, but they’re not dry and crumbly either. They grate well and taste amazing sliced on the bbq grill but even better in the frying pan for 90 seconds with a splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice over it - just like how my Yiayia and Pappous used to do it! Also pairs really well with cubes of watermelon on a hot day or in a salad with balsamic and chicken!

I've ordered Wisconsin Cheese Mart's Halloumi Cheese twice now and have never been disappointed. Deliveries were fast and delivered packed with a still frozen cold pack. I love this cheese! I slice it, grill it, then cut into smaller pieces to add to a vegetarian Greek White Bean soup. The grilled cheese tastes and chews like meat and adds a wonderful grilled smokey flavor to the soup!

With a little doctoring this worked out well. Yes , it is very salty, so I pre sliced it and soaked in cold water in the refrigerator for a few hours. It grilled well and tasted great.. Wish it was a bit less expensive.

OMG! THE PACKING ON THE CHEESE WAS INCREDIBLE. CAME IN IT'S OWN MINI ICE CHEST WITH ICE PACKS ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE CHEESE I ORDERED. IT WAS STILL VERY COLD WHEN I GOT IT. HAD TO BRAG ON THE PACKING FIRST! LOL THE CHESSE IS AMAZING TOO! HALLOUMI IS A HARDER CHEESE TO FIND AND ONLY ONE LOCAL STORE THAT I KNOW OF HAS IT IN VERY SMALL AMOUNTS. I ORDERED TWO 3 PACKS SO I WILL HAVE FOR A LITTLE BIT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO WISCONSIN CHEESE SHOP AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICES. Very poor quality. Tasted horrible and smelled very bad. Will not order this again.

This came super well packaged so I may be able to order other than in the dead of winter. Tasted delectable though I haven't tried frying any yet.

Halloumi is so versatile and this is straight from Cyprus, exceptional quality. I love to pan fry it in a non stick pan, no fat added. It gets a beautiful golden color on each side. Then I squeeze some lemon and eat it as a side with eggs, or other type of protein.
