Good detail in the book, but the state that it arrived in was not so good.

a super book and very informative it has been a great help in my studysas I have a great interest in martial arts in general.

Good Info but not enough hands on explanation so it was not easy to understand as the pictures were not that clear.

Informative book with good illustrations of self defence tactics. Some of which are a bit unrealistic, but overall a good book. Would recommend.
