2 X Caff Machine Cleaner, 900 g

I'm not quite sure why we're asked to rate a detergent on flavour...Anyway, it's a great product. An absolute necessity if you have a metal mesh coffee drip filter which clogs up in a matter of days. A few seconds just sitting in a bowl with some of this cleaner and the water turns brown and it's good as new. You can get back to making a coffee in seconds rather than waiting 10 minutes for it to drip through a clogged up filter. You can get away with using less than the recommend amount too so it will last for ages. I use half and it works just as well.

I use this to clean my Gaggia Classic and it seems to do the trick - one clean every month has kept it running fine so far.

Amazon stop trying to make me taste wierd things, you've asked me to rate the flavour of cat food, and now backflush powder. I have no idea how it tastes, probably worse than cat food - but I can tell you it's great for back flushing espresso machines and cleaning portafilter.

This product is amazing! I've used various other coffee machine cleaners but I've never seen the water come out brown! (Obviously apart from making coffee). I had 3 jugs of brown liquid until it started to run clear (photo shows second jug). All that liquid was in my machine! Value for money is great. I used 10g from a 900g tub.

I need this for all sorts of cleaning tasks around our espresso machine - back flushing, cleaning the portafilter, filter basket and the steam wand. Powder is useful because it is versatile in its use (compared to say, a cleaning tablet).Good value and lasts a while.

Have had my current espresso machine for 10 years and the secret to keeping it running smoothly and cleanly is to regularly flush the machine. I clean it every 1-2 weeks with a machine cleaner like Puly Caff. It makes all the difference, essential even.Anyway, this is one of the better ones I have ever used. Regularly see this brand in hospitality, so if it is good enough for the pro's it certainly is good enough for me.

Very good cleaner. Hadn't cleaned my portafilter for quite some time andwass stained brown. Chucked them in a bowl with tbsp of this and it came out sparkling.Does a very good job cleaning the machine too when used with a blanking disc.

Not even worthy of one star Used it once on my machine. Absolutely ruined it to a unusable status. Customers service helpfulness is pretty much non existent just says my fault for not having a professional coffee unit
