They have become flimsy over the years. But, these are the best for cleaning pots and pans. They do not shred like the cheaper ones.

They are COPPER! You need these if you want to avoid scraping glass or ceramic ware. And they work fine on ceramic non stick pans. Copper, harder than most food bits, but wont scratch any of your cook/dining ware. promise.

They are a little small but the quality is good. They don't rust so you can use them longer.

Chore Boy is still the one of the very best scrubbers out there. Most others are copper plated (or clad) steel and soemtimes aluminium,.. They jsut don't last and ostart rusting and rto corroding. Chore Boy is durable as bells.. One scrubber lasts for months for me.

I managed to wear out my Butler brand copper scrubbers so I wanted an equivealent replacement, since Amazon doesn't seem to have the Butler scrubbers and Butler didn't want to let me order enough of them to get free shipping. These looked promising. They are similar (the Butler ones have was seems to be a nylon core) and so far they've been very durable and don't scratch the surfaces I've used them on. I'm pleased with them, and will consider getting more when I've used up my first supply.

Great to use on the bottom of Pots.

Real copper through and through. Not like copper colored or copper plated steel scrubbers that wear through and then rust. Excellent for removing lime on faucets and drain plugs as copper will not scratch the chrome or nickel.

If you need a metal scrubber to take off persistent, cooked-on debris but don't want to leave marks or to scratch your dishes or cookware, copper is a softer metal for the job. This does the job. My only complaint about this particular product is that the individual pads are quite small and insubstantial. You pretty much need to break one open and stuff two others inside of it to get a good workable tool. Copper is expensive as a consumer metal right now, so I get why the maker downsizes the product. It will give the appearance of getting more than you think you're getting for a higher price.

These are actually excellent for another besides pots & pans. Very useful in the garden to stir away slugs & snails. Slugs & snails hate copper & it saves your vegies.
