This scooter has terrible directions also the seat option leaves a metal rod in base when not in use also the standing board isnt wide enough for a med size child to put their feet on the wires are exposed and the clips to hold them are too big so the wire has already been damaged on first use. Also the seat is impossible to tighten awful design and very poor quality for the money.

I purchased this for my 9 year old for Christmas and she absolutely LOVES it🛴. As soon as she comes home she does her homework and runs out to ride it. It only took 10 minutes to put together. Very well made and parts are strong. Best investment ever ! Highly recommend it. I also love that it has a seat and also later on could be taken off to ride standing up. Very beautiful and vibrant pink color which she loved. Has a kick bar so it doesn’t have to lay on the ground. If your thinking about an Electric Scooter don’t hesitate to purchase this one.

I got this scooter for my son for Christmas. It’s a fun scooter that has some zip to it! Some of the parts are not as “refined” as some of the much more expensive brands out there. What I mean by that is some of the parts that need tightening by hand via Allen wrench needs to be pretty aggressively tightened in order to get the pressure required to hold the seat and handlebars in place. But that’s a small thing that is easily overlooked by their fantastic customer service and how fun this little thing is!I had a little problem with the range on the scooter and I reached out to their customer service and I received a reply within 8 hours stating how they were going to send out the replacement part immediately! I am super impressed with the speed and efficiency of their desire to take great care of their customers! Thank you for a great experience! Buy this scooter! You’re kids will have a great time on it and these guys will take great care of you!

This is good however I had to give it a lower rating due to the belt ripping within a couple days of using it. My son is a very active boy, which I am sure added to the rip but when I buy something I do expect it not to wear that fast. I do have another belt coming to fix this and that is a cheap fix but feel like the belt should be more protected.

The battery life is questionable. I purchased 2 for my grand kids at Christmas. The battery charge only lasts 10-15 mins regardless what who is riding it. My 10 year grand daughter gets a 10 ride while my 8 year grandson gets a 15 min ride (he weights less than 50 lbs). Disappointment should have gotten them the old fashion kind powered by kid power.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. Actually, I bought 2...one for each son in different colors. They arrived separately, and in different sized boxes. I didn’t give it much thought until they were both assembled. The black one was clearly an older model than the red one I bought. It was not made as well, and it didn’t run as well. AND, it only ran one time. After attempting to charge it per directions, it no longer ran AT ALL. I didn’t save the box, so I couldn’t return it. $160 wasted.

I am very pleased with this scooter. My daughter loves it! I had a couple of hick ups, but the company was on it and walked me right through. It has enough speed, but not too much. Just off of the product and the communication I would purchase from this vendor again! Thank you.

Now that it’s put together it seems to work fine. However, we were disappointed that the point had poor adhesion and was falling off in several places. Underneath the paint the metal was rusted. Also, the package was missing some parts so we had to deal with that, which was annoying.Daughter (6 years old) LOVES it and got the hang of it in no time.
