Be careful
I gave it a 3 because you really need to buy this from a doctor or therapist who knows how to fit the brace for your particular issue. I returned it. But I’m sure properly fit it’s a great product. If your knee is bad enough to order this be careful

It dug into my knees and left me with a lot of pain.
