I got these as my old calf supports were beginning to show their age a bit and had outlived their usefulness.I got them in very quick time and wore them the same day that I received them when going out for a run (approx 6 miles). For the first couple of times out I found them a little too tight and a bit restrictive but I persisted and they have stretched just a little to make the compression still useful but not so tight that it affects how I move. It's a fine line but after 6-7 weeks or so I have made them my go-to choice for support and comfort. I did go for the larger size even though my legs are not that big and don't normally warrant a large size.They supported me through the last few weeks of full training and taper for London Marathon so they have been worn for many miles of running now and are still going strong. I wore them during the marathon as wellThey have been through the wash a few times and air-dried and have had no detrimental affect on themGreat price at £11.99 and for my liking as good as any other calf sleeve I have ever had including 2XU, Compressport and Skins

Wanted to wait until I had run wearing these a few times. So far the shin and calf issues I was gettIng on a regular basis has not returned and I have been able to run regular without pain. So I am very glad I purchased these! I would recommend. An update: continue to wear these and no shin issues, great product and just purchased a second set!

Bought these to help with shin splints and along with some other recovery techneques I belive they help. I only wear these for recovery, not to run in allthough you could. Ive had them for about 3 weeks now and wear them almost daily. They are showing some sighns of wear but still do the job. I think theyll last a while longer which ill be happy with considering the price. I used the size chart and ordered a medium which fit spot on for me. They fit is tight and stays tight thoughout the day and never rides down. They arrived from the seller a little faster than expected, which is always nice.

Bought these when I started to get shin splints and they enabled me to continue light running and tennis. I keep them for whenever shin splints flare up again, or when getting back into more regular or competitive exercise after a few weeks off. They are of very good quality, although not easy to put on or take off. I ordered both the Medium and Large sizes, and both are a bit of an effort to put on even for a slim chap like myself.

Excellent tight fitting calf support. I have other calf supports but there are by far the best. They seem to be a tighter fitting which protects my calf following a muscle tear injury. I now use both supports when i do any workout and my calves do feel better and less tight and sore after wearing them. So they are also a good preventative too for injuries. Would defo be buying a second pair.

Hi, I don't usually give feedback, but feel I must on this occasion. These compression socks are a godsend. I've gone from having terrible shin splints at the start of the week where I could barely walk 1/2 a mile to walking 7.2 miles this weekend. I thought they would feel awkward whilst walking but I soon forgot I was wearing them. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered medium. I am male and I have slim legs yet I struggled to get these on. Getting them off was really difficult, they are so tight, with very little give that it was tricky to roll them over my feet. They do not go up to the knee either, the pictures are misleading. Not worth the money.

Hugely surprised! I have been plagued with shin splints since June and nothing seemed to be working; until I bought these. Honestly guys, these are an absolute bargain. A must buy if you regularly exercise and are prone to shin complaints. I was able to do heavy bar-bell lifts again and was also able to go for a 5 mile hike for first time in 3 months absolutely pain free! And I would normally have discomfort after half a mile so this is revelatory. Thank you to the company for such a well priced and effective product. Will consider buying more stock from Camari Gear.
