Water Racks, Msbenick 5-Tier Heavy Duty Water Bottle Storage System for 3-5 Gallon Jugs, Black

One of the two water racks was missing all 4 top cover knobs which is pretty ridiculous. The screws did not properly fit into the holes that they were made for, which made the racks come out not completely straight (since not all the screws would fully screw in.) Instructions were not very instructive; I pretty much had to figure out how to build it on my own. You can tell that the material was not properly cut if you looked in through holes and openings where you could see random pieces of medal sticking out, which explains why screws were so hard to put in. Wasted half of my day working on it to find myself with two unsteady, inclined water racks that look for like the Tower of Pisa than an efficient water rack.

Missing parts but we made do - also, some holes weren’t Aligned and we had to drill 2. I can’t believe we paid $64 for this and awful instructions. All I can say is that it better be sturdy.
