I am so happy to have found these! When I picked up a small convection oven, I decided to invest in a couple of these bake sheets. I have had great luck with the conventional-sized ones for my gas oven. Now that it's summer and I would like to keep the kitchen cooler, I snagged a couple of these. I also like that I don't have to use them with any parchment paper. I know one of the high-end cooking magazines panned these type of sheets a few years back, but I've always been happy with mine.

Bakes and browns cookies to perfection. Sheets are durable and long lasting, I am still using my first set I purchased almost 20yrs ago and only purchased another set so I can easily rotate hot and cold sheets in between batches. Each sheet easily holds 12 cookies.

Fits my small rv oven ! I use parchment paper on it. I place it on the top rack and finally, I can bake biscuits evenly without burning them! I e bought 3 and gave them to my RV friends.

Cookies come out perfectly. They take a couple of minutes longer, but no burning.

Do not buy these. The quality is terrible. The sheet separated the first time I used it. After a few weeks of calling customer support I finally talked to someone. I asked to get refunded because the quality was so bad. They said they couldn't do that but they would send need a replacement. To their credit, they sent me 2 new sheets, but the quality is still terrible. I've only used one and it warped pretty bad the first time I used it.

Airbake is the only cookie sheet I use. My cookies turn out perfect every time.

Love my airbake pan. Great for baking cookies, cinnamon rolls and other goodies on. My friend recommended Airbake to me and I am glad she did. Much better than those cheap pans I used to use. The pan is sturdy and I like the quality. I know this pan will last a long time. Very easy to clean sometimes after I use it I just wipe it down and everything easily wipes off without me having to hand wash the pan. I do not even spray it with anything a cost savings there. Also, would make a great gift. I wish I had known about Airbake sooner but glad I do now. Highly recommend.

We had bought two of this kind many years ago. My wife loved them.Unfortunately (for me) I damaged one using it as a sheet for some soldering.I bought 2 of these for her and now she has 3 of them instead of 2.She loves them dearly. Were both happy again now...and I am safe. with a happy wife once more.They are well worth the money

Just THE BEST baking tray I’ve ever used. Totally even bake on the biscuits every time.

I was expecting this to be bigger when I received it. However it does work well and cleans nicely. Just not the size I had in mind.
