The screwdriver has a nice design, it's functional, and I received all the correct parts. It worked really well for opening up a macbook and putting in a new hard drive. I've worked on a decent number of computers with a large variety of tools, and this was probably the best one I've used.While the screwdriver worked well, I noticed it was scuffed up. This was solely cosmetic, but disheartening, so I left a review. The company almost immediately issued a partial refund without me even asking. It's clear they do care about their customer experience, and it is a good product, so I'm upping my initial score to 4 stars, and I would consider this brand for future purchases.

Great little tool set for such HUGELY IMPORTANT work. The really delicate, small, and tedious tasks on expensive items. This Torx Bit, and micro Phillips and straight flat set is SO convenient. They're pretty tough too. No rounding off (which is the problem with cheap bits) no ruining those stubborn little screws that are so tight! How do they get those tiny screws in there so tight? And we're talking, NO Locktite here! Without the EXACT fit of the EXACT size, makes ALL the difference. You can't just dig around in a junk drawer and dig out something that MIGHT do it. Get the right tool or it would be nearly impossible.

Hard to find quality tools these days...and even harder at this price. This has the star wrenches in the most frequently used sizes, and sequentially which is also unique. For some reason...well...we know the reason...they skip sizes. All the bits fit nicely inside so you don't lose them and they are hardened and don't deform after you torque on them. Thats the sign of metallurgy in a superior product. I used this for a GoPro 3 lens replacement, and those babies are tightened down by the Hulk. Read the reviews as there is considerable frustration with the drivers they send with the replacement kits disintegrating with the first turn. This is the real deal. Buy with confidence.

I ordered several like this from different manufacturers on Amazon. This was the best made handle I could find. They all function similarly, however the BSTPower screwdriver had the best end cap by far. It threads right on very smoothly. All the others I tried it was very difficult to get the end cap started, then it might be cross threaded, and even if it went on straight, the others all had very rough threads.Came with all of the tips described, which appear to be high quality, and a good assortment.

I bought this device so I can do computer repairs while I travel. The pen is a nice size and weight. The heads all easily fit into the pen for storage. The heads are solidly constructed and they haven't stripped at all. My only complaint is that I thought this came with two flat-head sizes (small and tiny) and it only comes with one (small). I would gladly swap out a big torx for a tiny flathead. Other than that, it is great.Oh, and the heads are very oily when you first take them out of the package. It felt icky to use them so I washed them with soap and water and dried them.

I didn't knew this would be as small as a mid size pen, it looked bigger in the photo. I was able to place all the parts in the top part of the pen style tool very perfectly and yes the tips are magnetic. I tested it on my logitech keyboard that had something rattling for a year or so inside of it, so I was able to take it apart very easily with this tool. I recommend it, for its price and portability.

I bought this for servicing a couple of Macbooks from a 2010 Pro to a 2007 whitebook. It worked great! The magnet was extremely helpful for those tiny screws, I couldn't imagine using it without it. The bits store inside the thing with a screw top, and the clip/compactness allows it to be wrapped up in my spudger kit. The grip is perfect, I never had to use a wrench to turn it, even with uncooperative screws. I recommend use with a magnetic pad to keep track of screws, especially when opening laptops.

Great little tool! I got this to work on a MacBook pro to replace the hard drive with a solid state drive. It was everything I needed to open the case and remove and replace the drive, with the exception of the drive itself (obviously)! Sturdy bits and a good hefty feel in the hand (which is important). I had one stubborn little screw, which I was worried about as it had given me problems before and I had to have a genius loosen it while telling me he couldn't do that. No problem!
