I have drunk black tea as my morning wake-up beverage for the last 50ish years, now retired I drink at least six mugs a day and am a bit picky. I usually go for earl grey and lavender ( loose) for morning and rose in the afternoon. Though I also use tea bags for convenience. I prefer to buy from local suppliers but difficult right now ( Covid etc. and shortage of lavender earl grey). Ordered from Vahdam and was thrilled by the quality - this is a premium quality, not brushed up dregs. A smaller amount than usual in my teapot will yield several cups. I recently ordered a black rose tea elsewhere which though good mildly curdled the milk ( I add a small amount) this Vahdam rose tea does not curdle milk and also is not fakely "over-perfumed" or unnaturally sweet - very natural, so delicious, a real pick me up refresher, will order more and will now try the other Vahdam black teas.

I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews. This tea is amazing. How something can be both calming and invigorating at the same time is beyond me. The presentation is beautiful and the aroma upon opening the tin is so fragrant. However, it must be prepared correctly to be enjoyed. Understand that it is meant to have a delicate rose taste and aroma backed up by a mild black tea kick. Brewed too strong or too long the rose becomes bitter and “soapy,” and the black tea attempts to overwhelm it. One teaspoon per 200 ml of boiling water steeped for 3-5 minutes is a good starting point that can be adjusted to taste. The reward is worth the effort.The only negative is the short expiration date of Oct 2022. It still tastes fresh enough sealed in the airtight tin, but it must be a slow seller or they overstocked. I hope they have fresher stock when it’s time for me to reorder.

I love the fragrance, the flavor, the exquisite packaging, it feels the manufacturer has poured (no pun intended) so much effort and love into the product.One of my favorite tea brands!!

I love rose black tea. I've had Vahdam tea before and I think they're great. Great price for the tea, and great company practices. I've ordered the English breakfast tea before, and also have gotten sampler packs as gifts.The only thing that disappointed me on this flavor and another 3-pack (Sweet cinnamon, ginger chai, and maharani oolong) that was also on sale at the same time: Why do you put SO MUCH cardamom in the teas? I actually picked the cardamom out of the teas because it was so overpowering. Once I got most of it out of the teas they were all very pleasant to drink.

This tea is so smooth! Great flavor, love the floral notes. Been trying to reduce my use of sweeteners so I used a smidgen of agave syrup and it was perfect for my tastes. You don't have to use much to get a great cup of tea, so though I got a great Amazon deal, I rated this high on value. Beautiful packing, I didn't have the issue with pressurized product.

I got this tea to give it as a gift to a friend. I bought two boxes to make sure I try one so I know what I am gifting. I am glad I did.The packaging is nice, gift worthy, but the big disappointment awaits when you open tin can. The smell is surprisingly unpleasant. Maybe rose petals were not dried properly but it smells musty. The unpleasant smell is so dense that I could not make myself to make a cup of tea. Obviously can't do anything with opened box but returning unopen second box.

So it’s not a bad tea but it’s not great because the main flavor isn’t rose and I was really hoping for a rose tea. It smells beautifully done like roses but doesn’t taste like rose tea it tastes more like cardamom tea or some kind of spice. I have tried other flavors from the same company and so far they are all great this was the first one to fall short.

I liked everything about this wonderful product including the elegant packaging and delicious tea contained inside. I liked it so much that I bought some of Vahdams special spring and summer Darjeeling teas which I will receive later today. I highly recommend this world-class tea company to anyone. Would make a wonderful gift for any tea lover.
