Does this come with warscroll cards?

It does not come with a seperate warscroll. The pamphlet to build them does have a page for both load outs you can use, including the special weapons.

Just to clarify this is for aboxof 10 models correct?

Yes, it is for 10 models. Sometimes the wrong image is used, the one that shows 5 in a box. I have order this in the past and received 10.

Why does the advertisement say there is 10 when the seller says there's 5?

Newer boxes come with 10 models and older ones only included 5. I would only buy the boxes with 10 in them.
