Soild Flash weak point the battery

Bought this in summer time of 2022 many shoots later the battery will fail. And it's a shame in today's technology we have $160+ that goes into hibernation mode and we have no way of getting it out of hibernation mode beside doing some dangerous volt jump which destroyed my circuit board. Now I have a $160+ paper weight. I would most definitely advise using the ad200 when it comes out doors unless you need more watts to due to the sun. And if you are in a studio, most definitely buy the power adapter.

Battery life...not so good

I love what this light can do, but I took it out last night with a fully charged battery and it did not last long. I'm hoping it's a fluke and the next time it lasts a lot longer. Everything I read on it said the power should give me over 300 shots at full power and it gave me way under a hundred....

Terrible battery - don't recommend purchasing

If you let the battery die completely, it apparently goes into a hibernation mode and you can't get it to come out again. You're forced to buy another $160 battery. This is a defect that they likely know about and haven't fixed.
