Trinity Seven, Vol. 2: The Seven Magicians - manga (Trinity Seven, 2)

Excellent. A really great read. Not worthy of the parental warning though.
Yes there's violence, but it's not graphic. Yes there's mature dialogue, but not adult-only level. Yes there's nudity, but it's mostly implied, as all the chest & crotch reveals are always covered by mist, magic, or a scrap of clothing. So really, this series should be rated OT at most, with no parental warning. That is, unless things go south in future volumes. So far though, it's pretty tame. Overall I'm really enjoying this series. I'm taking it slowly though, as I already spend $350+ a month on manga, mostly digital, and I hesitate to plunk down an additional $150 or so for such a long series. I'll probably read another 2 - 4 volumes before I fully commit. That's just how I roll. As is, I've got 5 other series I'm just starting, & atm have about 60 unread manga in the Kindle app. Art, very good. All the girls are gorgeous, so that's always nice. Dialogue, silly at times, serious at others, all in all enjoyable. Characters, interesting, intriguing, exciting, fascinating, and a few, adorable.

A Magical Power Whose SIDE Effect Is to Cause Clothing to Vanish
If this comes as a surprise, you cannot have read the first book in this series Trinity Seven, Vol. 1: The Seven Magicians .Arata Kasuga's entire world has been turned upside down. His entire hometown was destroyed and everybody in it sucked into oblivion by an uncontrolled magical explosion called a "breakdown phenomenon", including his younger cousin. Assured that she is still alive and that he possesses great magical abilities he never knew of before, he decides to study to become a master of magic so he can rescue her, but worried that something could happen to Hijiri while he is studying, he asks his new headmaster for a shortcut, and is told there just might be one.Arata is told to seek out Trinity Seven, seven magus girls who have mastered their own magical fields of expertise, get to know them, fight them, and "have his way with them" so that he'll learn the quickest and the easiest what it is to be a magus. It's unclear exactly what this means (Headmaster's a bigger "perv" than Arata is), but he's already met one, Lilith Asama, the mage who was dispatched to investigate the breakdown phenomenon. Next comes Levi Kazama, master of ninja magic, and Arin Kannazuki, dead ringer for Hijiri and prophesied future wife for the Demon Lord Candidate...in other words You Know Who. Arin triggers Arata's magic to go out of control just as the next two show up: Mira Yamana who can neutralize a breakdown phenomenon with equally destructive magic and Akio Fuda who can prevent future breakdowns by killing Arata....Fortunately, for the sake of the story, the next to last one, Yui Kurata, snatches Arata out of the line of fire and helps him figure out how to control the breakdown himself by negating all the magic in the immediate vicinity....The fact that this causes the girls' clothes to vanish as it forcibly negates their "magus modes" is just a side benefit....The rest of the book consists of Arata exploring the untested possibilities of his magic (it turns out he can "copy" other mages' magic, which he should not be able to do) and dealing with the next breakdown phenomenon, which is caused by Yui Kurata's dream magic going out of control. The magical mayhem will continue in Trinity Seven, Vol. 3: The Seven Magicians and Trinity Seven, Vol. 4: The Seven Magicians .

Great Series with Great Art
The female characters are hilarious, the male lead is pervy idiot yet still likeable, and the art is great. Hope to see the story evolve more and more.

The fun continues
If you like strong female leads and a hilarious male lead that says what he's thinking and likes to playfully embarrass the girls, i highly recommend this manga.
