We had problems with the first package being lost. After purchasing this and a VERY expensive comforter set to try to enhance our sleeping experience we were very nerved to wait more than 2 weeks to get our product. Thankfully, customer service stepped up and sent me another package out within 2 days. After more than 2 weeks we received our package. There was a note on it that it will not be to its full shape for 48 hours. We cant wait to see what it feels like after 48 hours, because it feels wonderful right out of the package. I was originally not happy with my experience, but the story ended quite nicely for us. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a more comfortable sleeping experience without the bunching or poking other sets will give you.

I love this feather bed!! It was sized just right, I purchased a queen There is a section on the bottom of feathers and a top section of down. I purchased a cover for it and I have not had any feather escape. I also purchased a set of sheets that are extra deep to accommodate the room for the "bed". I remove and wash sheets once a week; and shake and rotate (not turn over) the feather bed (180) each time. I didn't find it to be too short or narrow. I have slept in hotels in Germany where these are used and this bed is at least as good as the ones I slept on there. It feels very soft and very comfortable. It holds some body heat, which is really good for winter. It also feels as though it may be a bit warm for our summers here in Oklahoma, but they are coming up and time will tell. I would, and have, recommended this item to a friends and to family, very enthusiastically.It arrived in good time.

While they say it is 5 inches thick, it is more like about 3 inches of down inside. Giving it some time to fluff up is a requirement but once done, it is nice to sleep on as it cradles and warms you on chilly nights. If you're looking for a thick 5 inch down, be prepared to put down 3 times the money, but if a soft few inches with excellent stitching is what you need you cannot go wrong with this purchase.

I bought one of these exact feather beds 8 years ago from a fancy retail store and took excellent care of it. I finally had to replace it right before Christmas this year. I initially bought something different from another retailer, and immediately regretted it... the fill and quality just weren’t the same. Fast forward 2 months and I managed to find the exact brand and make of the original feather bed on amazon. I hope this one last years like the last one did! This particular model, as opposed to other fills/construction types, is a pain to clean admittedly, but oh so worth it! (I’d advise getting a cover to go over it.) I sink into a cloud at the end of the day. My back is happy I found this exact replacement. Please never stop making this product!

This topper is comfy to sleep on, but as others have said the sizes are about an inch short on the edges.The topper we received didn't have 5" plus a topper. It was 3"-4" tall in TOTAL after the 2 days we had to let it sit out to allow it to reshape from how it was packed.Also, there is no fitted sides that hold it in place. It slides around under the sheet and will need to be moved back into place a lot.We may have been sent the wrong topper, its really hard to tell from the description here.Over all it is still really comfortable, but not what we were expecting.

Very fluffy and comfortable feather bed, perfect for my too-hard mattress. Unfortunately, the little card that says you should fluff it out and leave it open overnight before you put it on and sleep on it was lost in the packaging and I didn't see it until it was too late, so it didn't fluff up as loftily as it likely would have. Otherwise, perfect for me.

The mattress topper is very comfortable and the materials are good quality. You will have to shake it out and fluff it a bit when changing the sheets as well as sort of pat down the high spots that develop each night. That is a small amount of effort for a good nights sleep. I would purchase this product again

Looks to be a queen size comforter although no where does it state the size ... That's my only complaintOther than that we bought this as recommended for a Tempurpedic mattress... I can say it is very comfortable. Does not poke through and allows you to move on the foam. It helps distribute the heat and I've slept very well... Definitely worth the purchase also note it's dry clean only
