Worth the money. 5 min and pain free!
I was expecting more when I saw it. I have a few lacrosse balls I use already but I needed something slightly bigger to get into the deep grove behind my knees. Worked great. Worked even better on my lower back!

Worked as hoped. Claims seem spot on.
I have the lacrosse style pain relief balls and they are helpful in many areas. However, I do have very tight hip flexors from sitting all day working from home and doing daily jogs. The combination recently has brought out some issues in my lower back. I know the pain is not necessarily originating from where I feel the discomfort because I can stretch my quads and hamstrings and feel relief. Recently I have bought some different trigger point tools and balls to help with the issue and they all have been good in there own way. I am overall pleased with my arsenal. However, I also know my hip flexors have issues and that I have not been hitting them well with what I have. So eventually I came across this ball. Overall, I feel that the ball helps me a lot. I think the bigger size does in fact get deeper into the problem areas around the hip flexors. I also feel that it helps find those areas too since it compresses a little and has a bit wider footprint. I can also use it to help with other areas, despite it not being too hard, but I think this still applies a good amount of overall pressure. I am not a small guy, so this ball does compress a bit when I use it, but it still helps the area I am working on. I like also using it to roll my upper gluts over and really help find the trouble areas quickly. If I was going away on vacation and could take only one ball, I would take this one. It is lighter than the lacrosse balls that I have (this one about 64 grams on my scale and one of my lacrosse style balls is 144 grams), but it does take more space due to the increased size. My main issue is the price. I think this reminds me of those Shark Tank products where you find out how little it costs to get from overseas and they sell it for a crazy amount of more money. For what this product really is when you hold it, you are pretty sure that you overpaid..... a lot. With that said, it is helping me at the moment and if it lasts for a long time I might be able to forgive the price. I don't know if there are any other similar-sized products out there for a cheaper price, but I do know this one seems to help as it claims and I am overall very happy with it.

Good, but slippery
This works pretty well. The size and firmness are good for releasing both hip flexors and glutes. But, The texture is smooth and slippery and it often slips out of place and rolls across the room, so I have to get up and chase it down. I prefer the more textured yoga tune up balls (the larger size) because itโs easier to keep them in place.

Helpful & durable
Iโve only had it for a few days but I can definitely feel some relief from my lower back pain already. My 15lb chihuahua also loves chasing it around and the material of the ball is super durable and bite-proof, which is an added bonus!

Great for pain relief
I've used it a few times, and it's really great. It's softer than a lacrosse ball, so it's not so unforgiving, but because it's so much bigger than a lacrosse ball you can use it just about every part of your body. I'm 5'6" and very obese (360 lbs) and it can really dig in there and release the tension. I've had the fewest muscle knots in my hips and abs since giving birth several years ago! It's worth the money.

Specific and Detailed Instructions Needed
I really like the ball but I can see other customers saying a tennis ball works just as well. This ball is the perfect size, has the correct resistance, and is good for releasing tight muscles. However, I think detailed and specific instructions are needed to justify the cost and to ensure the customer knows where to position the ball so the muscle/s will actually release. Without this information, they may feel scammed. I know I would have felt this way and returned the item. Also, including a link to a YouTube video demonstrating its proper use is another easy way to help customers justify the cost.

This little magic 8 ball is pain relief trigger tool!
Out of a thousand Amazon purchases this was my favorite! Diagnosed with DD that is causing my daily sciatica pain. Realizing that yes I some disc issues my main issue was a weak psoas from modern day sitting and tightness for inside the hips especially the right side going to my toes. This is a type of false sciatica. This ball hitting my trigger points went from painful to blissful. For all of you in there late 50s and 60s this your new friend. Yes you are rubbing your front hip and ass with it on the floor or a wall along with a good therapy routine on YouTube and have hope again I promise. Most doctors will write you off. Do the work and it pay off Iโm living proof. Cheers

It works!
I wasn't sure about this but as the pain in my hip had been driving me insane I thought I would give it a try. It works. It's expensive but it has saved me many physio sessions and can use it whenever the pain starts again. Great tool!

It really works!
For something as simple as this..it really works. No doubt about it. I followed YouTube video instructions and the videos helped a lot. It hurts at 1st but after 2 to 5 mins per sides, I can feel instant release and relief..I didn't had any sciatica pain for weeks ..miracle..many years of pain gone in just 15 to 20 mins . Dont need chiropractor anymore.

Worth the money as it's less painful than lacrosse ball but gets the job done.
Less painful than lacrosse ball. Great for rolling the glutes too.
