IronMind Two-Way COC Grip Set: COC Trainer Gripper and Expand-Your-Hand Bands

I'm really impressed with the build quality of both the gripper and bands. I gave one set of bands to my wife and one for me for use at work to get the blood flowing when working in front of the computer. Our hands feel way less stiff and overall more healthy. The CoC Trainer is great for people to start of with. I got myself the CoC trainer, #1 and #2, it's great working out with them. For anyone interested in buying the gripper remember to treat it like any other gym equipment and train with it after a good warmup and have a set number of reps and series.

I'm far from a gym rat but I wanted more defined forearms and better grip and these work well, just don't overdo it or your wrist will feel weird for awhile

Great hand strengthening tools. I have a ton of these and this one fills the missing gap in the set I had. Definitely recommend these grip trainers for their quality and stout build.

No complaints, the products work exactly as intended and was shipped in perfect condition. I was surprised at the difficulty of the trainer gripper so I would agree with CoC's recommendation to not underestimate the grippers. At 150 lbs bodyweight I can hang from a bar on one arm with an additional 50+ pounds of weight and have never needed straps while dead-lifting. I was surprised to find the trainer is pretty darn difficult to close. I can get it, but my grip is gassed after 3 reps. Needless to say, my ego got a well-deserved check and my advice to readers is don't overestimate yourself like I did.

My husband loves this gripper. It's way more useful than a squishy stress toy. Keeps his hands strong while driving or sitting at a desk.

I am loving this set. The Trainer level is perfect for my uninitiated grip, and it will probably be a while before I can move up to the next level. I also really enjoy the rough texture - it provides a high level of friction, and helps build calluses. I've been using it fairly regularly (1-2x daily) for the last 2-3 weeks and I can feel my forearms getting more defined & stronger, and the skin on my fingers & palms more rough. Good stuff. The bands are pretty cool, too. Sure, I probably could have gotten the same basic thing for less $$$ if I tracked down some nice US-made rubber bands from an office supply store, but this was a lot more convenient. They really work my flexor and abductor digiti minimi muscles. Both of these are a fantastic way to relieve tension at work, as I sit a lot and speak with people on the phone all day long. Why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 - the rubber bands SMELL. If I am eating, and I bring my hands anywhere near my face, I can smell the rubber easily, and it only goes away with time or multiple hand-washings.

I've had this for 2 weeks and it's helped to improve my hand strength already. I've been dealing with hand pain for years and since regularly using the grip trainer and the lowest level bands it has improved significantly. My hope is as I progress and continue to use this the pains gone all together. Awesome purchase! You don't realize how week your grip is until you try these out.
