Taste is not great but...
Even when keeping the benchmark low, and just comparing it to regular instant coffee: the taste and aroma are not great! Stale, and closer to muddy water than fresh, real coffee. But then if you want (or need) decaf coffee, there are really no other options. Tip: add a tiny pinch of salt, it will greatly improve the taste and drinkability.
