Recipe Binder

This recipe binder is fantastic. It's very cute. It comes with plastic sheet protectors, dividers, and labels. It comes inside another cardboard box (inside the Amazon one) which is super cute as well and would make this great for gifting. It also has cooking measurements and handy substitutions printed on the inside. They also e-mail you recipe pages after your purchase so you can write your recipes on a cute piece of paper. They even include a thank you note with the purchase, a really nice touch. I love the 8X5 format as I use the internet as my cookbook and don't write my recipes down on 3X5 cards. Now I can put all my 8X5 recipes in this 3 ring binder to keep them organized. Wish they made this notebook in more colors/prints so that I could get more of them. The price is also great for all you get. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my aunt for Christmas. She likes to hand write her recipes on full pages instead of recipe cards. She also has copies of recipes that others have given her. She mentioned to me that she wanted a binder to put all recipes in so she can hand them down someday to the next generation. This recipe binder kit is ideal. She absolutely loves it! It has several dividers for the different kinds of food categories. Also came with blank sticker labels if you want a category that isn't already included in the pre-printed dividers. The outer binder material is moisture proof. It's kind of like a waxy laminate and is sturdy. She doesn't have to worry about setting it on a counter that may be wet or have ingredients spill on it - because cooking can be messy, sometimes ;) It came with full size plastic sheet protectors. Perfect for inserting recipes written on 8.5"x11" paper or printed off the computer. The binder is wide enough to add more dividers and sheet protectors when she fills these up. Looks just like the picture advertised. Nothing negative to say about this kit. Buy it.

I just loved it so much I ordered a second one for my soon to be DIL who loves to cook. This book keeps my treasured collection of family recipes. Looks and works just great. Even fragile paper slides right in and is protected from anything getting splashed on. May order a third one for my daughter.

Overall this is a great recipe binder. It comes with nice page protectors and the binder itself seems sturdy enough to hold up for years in my kitchen. There is also lots of good reference information on the inside covers that will be useful. That being said, don’t waste your time using the templates. Whoever created them gets an ‘F’. If you are able, create your own template and save yourself time and frustration.

I love collecting recipes & I love being able to organize them in this notebook. Beautiful book.. strong & easy to work with. I picked up a couple of them with different motifs. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this. I had one, heavily used, for almost 20 years that finally fell apart on me. I put all my favorite recipes from my various cooking magazines and those that I print from online sites in this. This binder holds full size recipes, with great dividers. What I like better about this one (that my old tried and true) is that there are ample dividers and category stickers (with two columns of blank stickers in case you have your own categories). So instead of making some of my recipes fit in a prescribed category, I could create my own. It also came with the three ring clear sheets (open on top to slide back to back recipes in). I actually like this one more than my old one, which I thought was irreplaceable. If you are like me and get several cooking magazines and use a few key online sites, this is a great way to keep your favorite recipes. I give it two spoons up!!

The binder is very well built, it has a protective coating to guard against splashes and spills. It uses a O ring spine that works well with the supplied sheet protectors. The protectors fit a full size piece of paper, however if you also have the smaller recipe cards Amazon sells clear sheets for those that will fit in this binder. You also get index pages to organize the recipe book, with common categories like salads, breads, meats etcetera. I'm extremely satisfied with this recipe book and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Very nice looking binder for full 8.5 x 11 inch sized pages. Needs plastic guards before the first and last pages to help with pages getting stuck and tearing when opening and closing the binder. The ring size is just ok, but if you have a lot of pages/recipes, you'll likely run out of space. A 1/2 inch bigger ring size would make it perfect. It looks quite durable overall. I labeled and inserted the dividers after making a few more practical labels as needed to divide up my recipes by type. I wish a few more different labels were included instead of so many blanks. The price was a bit high for such a simple item to manufacture.

This was exactly what I wanted. And it came with sheet protectors, dividers and labels. This will be a wonderful recipe book to pass on to my daughter.

I particularly like that it has hints and measurement conversions on the inside of the cover. I also like the protective covers for each recipe and the dividers that I can label myself.

Nice idea for sorting recipes and I like that it comes with labels and sheets for the pages. Really like it

LOVE IT. Love that it came with the free templates. It doesn’t say anything about it in the actual package. But if you email them, they will send you the 2 free recipe templates.
