Velotak Aero Frame Fit Bike Race Number Mount Bracket The VELOTAK AERO bracket is designed to fit an aero framed bicycle. It's light weight "V" shape design is best suited for the posterior of most aero seat posts. Simply tighten the VELOTAK bracket down with one zip tie and it will be ready to carry your race number. The Velotak bracket was designed to give bicycle owners a place to mount their race number! It is an ultralight race number mount that allows you to easily display your number without messing up your frame. The Velotak attaches easily to most bicycle frames without interfering with water bottle cages and other cycling necessities. It has the USA Triathlon Seal of Approval. Here are what other have to say about the Velotak: "Race numbers are either constantly getting in the way of my nutrition carrier or my water bottle cages. I really needed an out-of-the-way place that would carry the race number." Paige, Triathlete "I invented the Velotak bracket after having to continually scrape race stickers off my frame." Patrick Nardi, Inventor.

Keeps paper/glue off my frame
I have a Cervejo P3 and it fits. I have done two Olympic Triathlons with this so far and I have not have any serious problems. The reason why I took two stars is because the paper numbers that I have been given are always longer than this, since they fold in half and have glue only on the borders, only one border is firmly attached to this, the other one just floats. It works, but not a very clean solution. The other reason is how flimsy this is, it attaches to the seat post with a zip tie cable, so half way is a zip tie and the other half is the base. You can easily move it up and down after it is tight, but because there is a rubber piece between the base and the seat post, it does not move during the ride. I like the fact that it is light. You probably can make one using a 3D printer or manually. The only reason why I bought this is to keep glue/paper off my frame and it does it.

Doesn't work on Trek Speed Concept seat post
I specifically purchased this piece of equipment so that my race numbers didn't scratch the top tube of my beautiful 2013 Trek Speed Concept. Unfortunately, my seat post wasn't safe from scratching once I tried to put this thing on.Simply put, it doesn't fit my aerodynamic seat post... which doesn't make sense, because this is the AERO VERSION of the product. It wasn't even close. The zip ties provided were too short and the foam was thin and cheap. I damaged my seat post trying to put this thing on, and once it was finally on, it didn't even stay on (too much wiggling up and down - it would have been totally worthless with a race number on it, going 20 mph on the bike).Stay away from this product. I returned it within a day.

Good Product, Could Be Stronger with More Fitments
I've used this product at a handful of races and it works pretty well. When racing I mount it on my TT bike and the fit is decent (I have to use some black electrical tape to keep the holder steady on my aero seat-post (there is nowhere else for me to mount it on my bike). One piece of advice with this product: don't mount a race number (on this mount) on your bike and then rack your bike perpendicular to wind direction. The mount will likely break due to high winds and will leave you without a race number. :)Bottom line, I'd recommend the Velotak Aero Bicycle Race Number Mount at this price, but the product could use some minor improvements (I'd pay more for a better product that fits my bike without the need for "creative solutions").

Easy to install and makes the other folks jealous
Not a lot more to say, this installs quickly and easily and you get a lot of double takes on race day when you have the professional look of the race number attached behind your seatpost instead of crumpled up somewhere on the frame. And MUCH easier to get the race number off! Highly recommend.

Secure system
Tends to slip a bit on my parallelogram shaped seat post but otherwise is perfect.

Works like a charm.
Nice little device. Makes me wonder why I didn't think of it before. Works really well on my aero seat post. Instead of using the supply zip tie I chose to utilize a velcro strap for easier removal and repositioning.
