MiLocks DF-02SN Electronic Keyless Entry Touchpad Deadbolt Door Lock

I was replacing a similar touch key door lock so I tried to be thrifty and only replace the main lock, but it was not working correctly, I then used all of the parts from the new lock and the unit worked fine. Simple operation and easy to understand how to program and reprogram when needed.

It's a good deal for the price point. I do have to say, that the instructions were not as clear to get it working easily and the 1-800 Milocks never called me back. I spent couple of hours to look up online instructions and Google videos and figured out programming the code. It also comes with the keys. I like the option that I can set up multiple key code for housemates. Also, make sure to check on the door, we had to chisel out to fit it in place.Once setup, its been working great for few months now. I can definitely hear it locking/unlocking from upstairs, depends on one's preference if they like to hear someone at the door attempting or like more silent unit.Note - it does not have the auto-lock feature, which is available in a different model.

The electronic locking/unlocking worked for two weeks after install and then it stopped working. I have tried 3 new sets of batteries (different brands) and nothing. The keypad will not even light up.I have filed two warranty claims with MiLocks and have received no response from the company. The phone number for customer service is a recorded message and no one will answer. It instructs you to complete a warranty claim online. Very poor customer service!Still no response from the manufacturer on the warranty claim 07-24-2024!

This wasnt hard to install if you're a reliable do it yourselfer. And it worked well for over six years. But now the deadbolt wont fully retract when extended, and wont fully extend when retracted. So its pretty useless. Still, I think it was a good purchase for the price.

First, this is my 3rd lock for them and I purchased the antique brass and found Milocks by accident as the other companies did not make the antique brass lock I was looking for. Very simple to install and works well in every case I installed this lock. I am blown away by the level of support and their standing behind their warranty. I bought a returned one from Amazon and Amazon did a poor job of checking the product before putting it back out for sale. I had an issue and MiLock stood behind their product and sent me what I needed with no questions and without grilling me with a thousand questions. They shipped what I needed so fast it arrived before I even expected it. Rarely do you find a company on Amazon that takes care of there customers but MiLock is one of those rare companies

as advertised, high quality lock, and I am very happy with the look and function.

I ordered 2 of these locks in two separate orders. The locks work well and are easy to install. The keys will not operate the lock on either of the two I received. The keys go in, but won't turn the lock/unlock mechanism at all. If the batteries go out, I will have to enter through another door as the keys do no good. I probably should have spent more for a better brand. Contacting the company seems impossible.

Bought this because I don't want to my son use the garage door. And that it has been 5 months so far and everything works good and my first set of battery hasn't run out yet. The door was opened and closed at least 10 times a day and the lock works fineUpdate: bought in Nov 2016 and now is Nov 2022. 6 years so far and it is still working. However like all the touch button electronic device, some keys start to show double click behaviors. I guess the conductive rubber starts to wear out. Not a big deal as it is pretty easy to fix if you know how.
