I think it is more pink than red

Is it similiar to nyx dubai or berlin?

I am not familliar with those two colors but I can tell you this is a good neutral color and is long wearing and one of my favorites.

Is there anyway to tell whats inside the package when being shipped and delivered?

Most likely not but don't buy this lipstick on Amazon. Go to colour pop website.

Is it the real colorpop lipsticks

The lipstick I received was in the Colourpop packaging and the lipstick labeled as Colourpop. So as far as I could tell it was. I have never bought from the Colourpop website for comparison.
