This Go Pro camera mount is awesome! It mounts to a 1/4-20 tripod mount. It has a comfortable handle grip, which could be improved upon if it was a solid handle, but is good. The hot / cold shoe mount, on the post, is adjustable to fit your varied devices (lights or shot gun mics), and can be re-positioned to different angles by the thumb screw underneath. The post arm can actually be raised up a little, by adjusting it's mounting screws. The included Go Pro quick release mount is aluminum and very well made. It too can be re-positioned or removed via the thumb screw underneath, then another camera attached in its place.The entire mounting rig is light weight and perfect for trips in the field.

It's a great grip though I had to order a second one because of the clip holder at the top broke. I'll admit that it was my fault because of how I had packed it into a bag, but it should have lasted slightly longer than a month before it did do that.

I got a lot of stuffs from Fotodiox, whether it is a grip, hood or bracket like this,one thing for sure: Fantastic build quality!This particular bracket is perfect for mounting my Sony Action Cam and the Rode Videomicro with a dead cat far enough so it doesn't get in the frame. Should be great with a Lumecube also.You can adjust the height of the shoe mount. Even at it's shortest, the grip is not too short, and is quite comfortable for me. I managed to adapt this one a capture clip, or you can also mount this setup on the MicroJib or similar product. I can use a Manfrotto Pixie as a tripod holder and it moves really nice.This product makes recording with a Sony X3000 really easy.

Nice compact designed perfect for small video action cams. Sits upright >> nice feature.The foam grip is a total piece of crap; height too short, fits loose on the diameter and the foam grip thickness/density is marginal. You'll most likely do like I did and buy a separate foam grip from another manufacturer. This is extra money you might have to spend just to make this bracket comfortable to use.The Grip-Tek Foam Grip Wrap – Large NPVC Foam Handle Cover works good for replacing the crappy foam grip on this bracket.

This mount is great. I attached it to the top of my huge tripod, added my GoPro Hero 3 Black, a Takstar SGC-598 Shotgun Microphone, and a Movo GMA100 3.5mm Female Microphone Adapter Cable and presto, a complete video recording setup.

Great product. Would be better if the bottom bracket was longer to give some height to it. Would’ve preferred two or more BYU’s in cold shoe mounts on the top. But It was still the best option for what I had to shoot. Happy with my purchase.

My husband loves this thing - he says it makes holding his GoPro so much easier. It's sturdy, feels well made and overall, I am very happy with the quality and usability of it.

Smaller than expected (which isn't bad) and didn't include the go-pro mounting system, which is why I purchased it. Thankfully have the proper mount on hand. Functions perfectly for my needs, just wish the mount was there too.

Good grip. Came without clip attachment but they sent it to me straight away after I notified them. The rubber grip is a little flimsy but I like the product.

Brilliant piece of kit.. well made, strong and light. Allows me to put my entire GoPro set up onto one frame.. Hero 4 & light on the lower mount and my mic on the upper one.Plus the whole unit goes straight onto my tripod.
