Is this silica or bentonite cat litter?

It's more clay. I like that it doesn't track outside the box as much as others.

Can I flush this litter? For toilet training?

This is a solid clumping clay litter. Would not recommend flushing. Something like Nature’s Miracle or other non-clay litter would probably be safer for your pipes
