this sweet little baby sat on my craft desk for a few days because I was just nervous. what if I made the wrong choice? What if I didn't like it? What if it ruined my fabric or paper? I researched this and three other products in depth before purchasing this machine. I read reviews and watched youtube videos. After using it the first time, I was in love. I have made 6 minibooks, now that I am not afraid to use it. if you are looking for fast, this is not it. I have made several intricate cuts and it has done a great job. It makes more noise that usual, but I like that--I can walk away, work on something else and know when it is done. There are thousands of tutorials for making almost anything with it, so i will never run out of ideas. The only drawback is I wish the mats were a little sturdier.
