It's17' not 20'. The gauge is wrong. I have 4, 8, and 10 gauge tsunami cables . When I compared it, it's between 10&12 not 8. I dont thing think it's safe to install a 1200 watts amp as the package claims. Since my amp is 750w & I only need about 9', I 'll double it to lower the risk of melting the cable. I gave 3 stars because I can use the accessories for future projects.

I agree with other reviews stating the wire is smaller than 8 gauge, but expected that given the price. For the power wire, RCA cables, and connections, this is a great deal.

worked perfect. had it for 2 years. moved between 3 cars. the only problem i had was the rca cable was terrible quality and it broke after 2 years. but overall great for the price.

Not as good as some other amp kits but for the price you can complain. Everything was there and install only took a few min. I'm running it to a 600 watt RMS soundstream mono and it is holding up for now. If your looking for a competition grade kit this is not what you want but if you just want to get the job done I would say go for it. Nothing to lose but 10.00

This is a great price for this product , works great with no issues will make a great starter kit or in some cases professional , No one should have a complaint for the price of this kit.and it does the job . I normally run 4 gauge but since im not into systems as much as when i was younger I chose a lighter 8 guage, I ran it in my suburban which it did reach front to back easily Im running two 12 inch woofers at 2 ohm mono , which is pulling power the power used is delivered correctly no complaints here!!! I highly recommend this product , and i must add the seller delivered it faster than expected !!!!

8 gauge would be a stretch for this wire!! maybe the diameter of the insulation would be 8 gauge if the entire insulation was made out of copper as well, either way I used the power wire for my speakers, which is nice cause it makes for good speaker wire, you can still wire a car or truck with it (and the size makes hiding it easier) but it is not a high quality wire for competition like set up, unless you use the stuff for speaker wire, then its cool, plus you get some nifty extras like zip ties and rca's excellent purchase for low budget installs.

I bought it for a few parts in it because it was cheaper. I would not use this to run an amp of any size. For 10 bucks It was worth the price to me. If you can find other uses for the parts it is a good deal

Granted, this isn't a competition kit and the wire isn't the greatest however for the price point, it can't be beat. I purchased this for a cheap install in a vehicle and it works well. This kit is being used to power a 600 watt Class AB amplifier (300 watts RMS) without any issues. It includes everything needed to wire up a subwoofer box, power, ground, remote wire, and RCA cables.
