VERY impressed with the quality, just wish I had opted for a heavier band
I love exercise bands. I travel every week with my job so it’s much easier to take bands and handles with me to do my exercise regimen in my hotel room. I am literally only adding ounces to my suitcase vs. many pounds with small weights.I ordered the 3 pound band as I typically use a 3 pound dumbbell weight when working out at home. I go for tone vs. bulking up. I actually wish I had gone with the 5 pound or maybe even the 8 pound because this just doesn’t seem to equate to my dumbbells. It seems like it’s about ½ the effort. I am planning to order a few more because the design would allow you to add more bands to the carabineer to increase the effort. Still, I’m adding ounces to my suitcase so it’s not a hardship. I put the handles and bands in a ziplock bag along with some other (non-handle bands) that I use for leg workouts. Once I have another band or 2, I will have a full weight room in my bag…all under a pound.Because these are so easy to hang from a 3M hook on the wall, I’m considering replacing my free weights at home with the full set of bands. That frees up the floor and I’m not as worried about visiting kids getting hurt from my free weights.I have opted to test products as a hobby and thus, received this product at a reduced price in order to fully test the product offered.
