Oral Choice 3435-B Brush Teeth Small Gift Bag 25 pcs

I received this item, and it's cute! However, It says that you get 25 pcs, but i only received 13 out of the 25. I needed exactly 25 for the class, and now I don't have enough, thank you. Not very happy at all!
