They are very sturdy, not flexible at all
I was worried about these because there were no reviews yet and they were half the price of the other stainless cookie sheets, but I am very impressed! They are very sturdy, not flexible at all. They are also reaaally shiny. I want to hang them up because they are so pretty. Just made my first batch of cookies on them and they didn't burn the bottoms like my old aluminum sheets used to. The only con is that I can't fit both of them side by side in my oven because they are a little bigger than my old pans, but oh well. I love them!

Great way to avoid aluminum!
These are very nice....cookies come off so easily and I am avoiding aluminum. I'll be giving some as gifts
