Does this actually do anything different from the firming butter?

Not really. This is a very thick lotion and hard to get out of the tube. Stick with the firming lotion that has a pump on it.

Can I use this during the breastfeeding period?I am concerning about the baby's safety feeding.

It says to just wash he cream off before breast feeding so I would say it's safe after washed off

Is this product supposed to have a seal on it?
