How does this taste mixed with water? Does it taste better mixed with milk?

I've never tasted it mixed with water because I don't like any whey protein that way - that's just me! :) I have it almost every morning mixed with coconut milk or almond milk. It tastes delicious I really love it. I buy it because of the purity of the ingredients and the taste is great compared to some others I tried. For purity and flavor I also like Tera's whey protein and Lifesource vitamins whey protein.

what is the amount/percentage of cholesterol in the powder? that's how i rate the "isolate" amount (0% cholesterol = 100% isolate). please advise

15 mg only. It's real good powder. Tastes great and its grass fed. I've tried many proteins and this one is by far my favorite
