Renaissance

Must have for M people fans. Great remastering of all their albums. Only thing I do not like is the cardboard sleeve of each album. But it seems a lot of CDs these days are housed in cardboard sleeves.

I love M People. Their music is fun and Heather Small's voice is unbelievable. This set has every song and that is a good thing. The remixes are great for a dance party! If you like M People, this is the set for you.

After returning the first boxset because one of the remixes on the elegant slumming disc kept skipping and jumping quite badly, Amazon kindly sending a replacement this boxset is Just Amazing and well worth the money!!..it’s actually a bargain for all the extra stuff you get(that hasn’t been released before)!😮...you get rare Remixes,unreleased remixes,extended live performances from the elegant Tv video that had previously been released, new interviews, a 48 page booklet and you get the Amazing performance from old Trafford they did Back in the day..and also all the CD’s sound Amazing as I’m sure they have all been digitally remastered!!...I’ve been an M people fan since day one,and have been ever since!...one of the best British Dance Band’s of the 90’s with Heather’s unmistakable, Rich powerful voice and their positive,feel good uplifting song’s and great lyric’s this is a must for any M people fan!!❤️🎶xx

Anyone who lived through the greatest decade for Dance music (1990's) and danced through it whether at the Hac, Cream, Ministry, Renaissance, God's Kitchen, Slinky or others would have danced to an MPeople mix at some point, and it's the remixes that hold most interest for me in this package with them all being in one place across a few CD's. For that reason I can bung in the Car selector after loading on the laptop and relive those parties, raves and clubnights with my sunglasses on. Pickering et al were of their time and these notes do spring up (mostly) happy memories of a more positive hopeful time. What a shame things became tainted with Blair leading us into an Illegal war and now will we ever see a decent nightclub in the UK ever again. Certainly not if Coronavirus has its way......

Superb value box for any vinyl fan of some great music which I consider to be British Soul rather than dance. However you think of them, one thing is without doubt, the great voice of Heather Small and some really well know songs.It's without doubt music to make you feel good, so crank up the volume and let the musical time machine take you back a couple of decades.

I am enjoying the tunes and the chocolate voice in double portions without forgetting the videos.However, the sound quality does not come close to a “24 Bit Digitally Remastered” as you would expect to get nowadays. I am not too fussed about not having the signed lyrics in the box even if my order was placed on 20 December 2019. A must have for sure, regardless. 🤗

Great, was excited to receive as a gift.Totally gutted when the most desired part, the music videos, were an NTSC disc which meant quality was like VHS/You Tube.Considering they were originally PAL masters in SD, and a British based band, they should have released the DVD as PAL versions not inferior PAL to NTSC conversions.Typical lazy attitude of most record companies. No mention anywhere of it.
