I reached out to customer service and have no less than 7 e-mails going back and forth and they are supposed to be sending me an
DO NOT BUY THIS. Ordered this a month ago, installed on my wake tower, without instructions i might add, and the second i put a board on the rack, it slid down to the point where it was touching my tower. I reached out to customer service and have no less than 7 e-mails going back and forth and they are supposed to be sending me an additional rubber piece that should prevent slipping and will ensure a better fit, but to date i have not seen anything and feel i have been getting the runaround and by the way, my tower is now damaged as a result of the attachment rubbing against it. One other note, when the knee board and the wake board are loaded into this rack, the wake board is not very secure. Not sure who had the idea to put the bulkier item ABOVE the thinner item. This is unusable and has been a very frustrating process all around
