Just getting into isometrics as an add-on to my resistance training, this device is sturdy and versatile for a wide range of isometric exercises, the handles are very comfortable, the strap and buckles strong. It doesn't take much time to do an isometric rep or two, then use the buckles to lengthen or shorten the strap and thus change the angle for the exercise.And the trainer is small enough that you can travel with it. Worthy addition to your training arsenal.
