Elements and Compounds (Why Chemistry Matters) Paperback – October 1, 2008

This was an informative and helpful addition to our physical science text covering: atoms, elements, compounds, chemical bonds, etc. The “disappearing” egg shell was an easy to do and fun little science experiment as well. The book has a very nice visually pleasing layout that is filled with bolded text, clear photographs, glossary, and info on links for further research; great for any middle school classroom or library.
