My children love to put these on their injuries after a little boo boo. The mini ice packs fit anywhere and the cold compress helps to calm my child. As I get older, I usually get a little stiffness in my lower back after working out. When that happens, I place two of these reusable hot cold packs on the spot and lay down. I’ve also been a tennis player for awhile and I suffer from tennis elbow. So after a grueling three-set match, I take one of these out of the freezer and put it on my right elbow. Great for migrainers.
Wonderful product for migrainers like myself. You can slide and adjust it to the side or back of head and it will stay in place! Only issue I had is that lol...there wasn’t an insert opening. But maybe the design was for it to only be used on your eyes and you place them on top of the eye mask. I could easily do that at home with a towel and ice. So do yourself a favor and cut a hole and insert 3 ice packs and then you can move it around - no falling out.

Cheap. The eye mask didnt have a slot/sleeve/pocket to actually hold the packs.

Perfect for eyes
Perfect for using on eyes. As others have mentioned, the mask it comes with doesn't have any slots so you can't insert these gels in there. I personally just use an elastic headband to hold them on my eyes. I also have swelling in one eye, so I wear these like an eyepatch on one side with the elastic headband while my other eye can still allow me to work. This allows me to apply compression and cold to help with swelling but not constantly have to constantly stop what I'm doing or go lay down to deal with my eye injury. Also, I modified mine by trimming down the extra plastic beyond the seam around the gels, because I found the plastic to be sort of scratchy. Trimming them close to the seam without piercing the gel, improved the comfort of these immensely.

These tiny ice packs are perfect! Used them to ease the pain of IVF injections and they are just the right size!

Nice idea, works well for sinuses, but cold compresses do last as long as expected.
