Tried this and 2 other brands, but Futuro was by far the most comfortable while providing the right amount of mobility reduction to help with my carpel tunnel. I particularly found this brace to be comfortable at the end of the brace, whereas the other brands were abrasive to my sensitive skin. I’m like the princess in “The Princess and the Pea”, and the slightest annoyance will affect my sleep. If you are sensitive, this brace is great.

Perfect for sleeping; provides great support and stabilizes wrist. Over 25 years of sleep-disrupting carpal tunnel pain resolved with this well engineered brace! Especially good for sleep. May be too bulky and thick for daytime use, but if you have pain, you will understand that bulk is a small trade off for relief. I will update if problems arise in the future, but for now, this brace is very helpful. Pure comfort-- with no awkward angle or awareness of metal plate inside, like other braces often have. UPDATE: After several months use, this brace has my stamp of approval. It is comfortable, and provides great pain relief for (finally!) sleep. Versatile; fits either wrist. Buying this brace ended my search for the perfect one. After using this at night, my wrist is not only protected but improved by morning, with less numbness, tingling and pain during the day. Thickly padded and has achieved optimum positioning to relieve wrist pain without constricting fingers or causing pressure points from internal metal plates as other braces have. This is state of the art! UPDATE: I use it upside down and from the wrong end at times. The interior padding then puts a bit of pressure on wrist when it gets unbearable. Of course it doesn't allow access to finger holes that way. I also use it very far down to cover up fingers almost completely and upside down and from the wrong end at the same time to nearly completely alleviate severe nerve pain in hand/wrist.

They aren’t as large and cumbersome to wear at night or during the day but they are just as sturdy and do a great job if you suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome.

Measure your wrist! There is just no way this brace would comfortably fit on the big model pictured above. I have a small hand: I prefer latex gloves that are labeled small and I buy children’s gloves to wear in winter. My wrist’s circumference measures 7 inches which is well within their recommended 5 to 9 inches. In fact, I only know one adult that has hands smaller than mine, and she gets made fun of for having tiny baby hands. This brace was way too tight for me. I had to modify it by un-stitching the inner tension sleeve. I also had to add some soft cloth to the inside of the brace, which has rough stitching that left a red scratch along my wrist. I suspect if your wrist circumference measures around 6 inches this brace would be perfect for you. And I’m guessing if your wrist is closer to 5 inches it will be a little bit too large for you since the ball on the inside is almost too large for me and I actually have to keep my thumb inside the brace otherwise it gets hyper extended because of the width. Once I made my modifications, I love this thing. The cushion for the ball of your hand on the inside is somewhat mouldable so you can wrap the outer base tightly around your hand and still be comfortable since the inner part is fitting the shape of your hand. It really does relieve the pain.

I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. I had horrible pain and tingling. I’ve tried so many wrist braces for sleeping, I’ve lost count. Based on the reviews for this brace, I decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness! I honestly can’t believe the relief I have gotten through these wrist braces. They are very comfortable and very supportive and I can sleep with them on with no difficulty or discomfort. My pain level is pretty close to nonexistent. If you have been struggling to get a good nights sleep because of carpal tunnel syndrome, get one of these immediately it will make such a huge difference.

Had been waking up with wrist and finger numbness and pain, Chiropractor said give these a try. I was worried I wouldn't be able to sleep with them on, but that has not been an issue at all, and I am going on 2 weeks now with zero wrist and finger pain in the mornings! I had a severe wrist/thumb injury that seemed slow to heal (~2 months; not much progress, even with daytime splint and medicines). Started wearing this night wrist support every night for the past few weeks, and my injury has improved so much , that I can now type this review. If you have any type of wrist/hand/thumb injury, make sure to treat the injury when you are most vulnerable to re-injuring it--at night time. About the product itself. The outer fabric has a moleskin-like vellum that is soft, yet stretchy. The inner lining fabric is lightweight, breath-able, very smooth soft and stretchy. Sewing inside is excellent--no scratchy or bulky seams that can create dents on the skin. Very comfortable. What I like best about this wrist guard is the bean-bag-type support that runs under the palm. It conforms to the shape of the underside of palm with just the right amount of support--not too stiff, not too pliable. Why is the inner lining fabric and sewing important? If you ever wear a splint for more than a week, you will know how significant the lining material's (a) softness, (b) breathability, (c) sewing seams, can be for comfort. This night guard has inner lining that is breathable, lightweight and soft; not bulky or scratchy. The sewing seams are not scratchy or binding. Very comfortable. There is a metal splint than spans the underside of the support, from wrist to palm. It is surrounded with plenty of soft cushioning, so it won't poke or scratch. In fact, I barely notice its presence, because it is so well cushioned with soft lining. In combination with the bean-bag-like palm support, they form the backbone of this guard. There are 3 straps that allow for some adjustment of the guard. IMO, the most important strap to position correctly is the middle. I attach this strap first, to snug, but not tight fitting. The other two, I leave more loose. Bottom line: if you have any type of wrist/hand/thumb injury, make sure to treat your injury when it is most vulnerable to re-injuring--at night time, with this amazing product. This is has helped heal my injury to where I can now type this review.

En primer lugar destacar la rapidez con la que llegó el paquete, 3 días antes de lo que indicaba la página. Compré 2 soportes y el envío fue gratuito por DHL. Excelente! Sobre el producto solo puedo decir cosas buenas. La calidad de los materiales es de primera, los adhesivos de velcro son pequeños y nada invasivos, en otros guantes para tunel del carpo las cintas de velcro son tan grandes que pueden rozarte la piel si los colocas fuera del área de adhesión, pero en los Futuro Night Wrist Sleep Suppport, son del tamaño justo para que no se abran con el movimiento y tampoco rocen la piel. Ya había probado otros soportes para dormir pero al ser cortos, es decir, que no alcanzaban hasta la punta de los dedos, si bien me ayudaban a la muñeca para no tenerla doblada toda la noche y amanecer con dolor, con el paso del tiempo los dedos eran los que tendían a doblarse toda la noche y ahora el dolor se trasladaba de la muñeca hacia los dedos, con este soporte eso se corrige totalmente. En 1 semana que llevo utilizándolo todas las noches, el adormecimiento y el dolor de los dedos ha disminuido casi totalmente, por supuesto la muñeca también amanece muy relajada y sin esa permanente molestia característica de quienes padecemos del Tunel del Carpo. El soporte ha sobrepasado mis expectativas en cuanto a su efectividad para disminuir las dolencias en muñeca y dedos por el síndrome del Tunel del Carpo, solo debo recomendar que antes de dormir hagan todo lo que tienen que hacer, porque si olvidas algo de tus rutinas diarias de antes de dormir, no podrás hacerlo con el soporte puesto, bloquea aproximadamente el 80% del movimiento de la mano y tendrás que sacártelo para poder hacer lo que tengas que hacer. Así que te obliga a que no se te olvide nada antes de irte a dormir con el soporte ya en tu mano. Espero que con el paso del tiempo los materiales conserven la resistencia que ahora tiene, es decir, otros soportes se desgastan tanto que después de meses hay que tirarlos, espero que este soporte dure mucho tiempo, pero en cuestiones de salud, vale 100% gastar lo que cuestan. Un último detalle, si tienes las manos grandes es posible que sea incómodo, yo tengo las manos medianas y lo siento justo, no me corta la circulación, pero creo que alguien con las manos grandes podría sufrir un poco con el ajuste del soporte.

Perfect and super comfortable. I have Carpal Tunnel and was waking up feeling like my hands had been cut off at the wrists so I started wearing braces when sleeping - however, they were all so uncomfortable and I used to wake through the night many times. Not any more! No numb hands and now sleeping through due to this product being soooooo comfortable. So happy I bought it - it has improved my sleep and therefore my life!

Is very comfortable for support while sleeping

I have Psoriatic Arthritis and Carpul Tunnel. This is the best quality splint I have ever bought, and there have been many! The metal insert doesn't dig in. There is a slit on the inside for access to it, but this means it won't slip out or dig into your arm, as I have experienced with other poor quality designs. The padding under the hand is like bean bags, very comfortable as support for tender fingers. This aspect of the design has helped me very much as both my hand and wrist need support. Many splints don't come up as far. I was worried that in the Q&A, it was mentioned they were tight on people with small wrists. I am a size 24, I have big hands, being a ring size S or T on most fingers; these splints are not too tight. There's only one per pack, but now I've discovered it is worth the money, I've ordered a second. I know it is described as a 'night' use, but my hands get so painful sometimes,this will be great for use in the day when I want to immobilise my hand to rest it up. It would be too dangerous for driving.

Dank dieser Bandage habe ich keine Schmerzen mehr im Daumen. Ich benutze sie nachts zum schlafen und durch das wunderbar weiche Polster in der Hand, stört sie überhaupt nicht, ganz im Gegenteil sie ist sehr angenehm und bequem. Ich habe im Vorfeld zig Bandagen ausprobiert aber zum schlafen war nicht eine auch nur annähernd so gut geeignet wie diese. Volle Kaufempfehlung!
