BERNAT BLANKET BB 2-300GM, COAL

I love this yarn so much!!! It’s soft, it doesn’t break, and is so easy to work with. This is always my go to yarn!

Great yarn for comfy cozy crocheted things!! I've used a few times and I love it- very soft, and very smooth, and the black is a nice deep, solid black.

*excuse the animal glitter lol* I freaking love this yarn! I always hated most yarns because they felt scratchy, but this one is sherpa-level softness. I never had a color transfer problem, and I found using one size smaller in needle actually makes the stitching look tighter so the imperfections and knots can be hidden well. I found this at JoAnns originally, but when I ordered this I found out its twice the size of an original ball of yarn! Which isnt bad, I like having extras anyway.

This is the first time I'm using this yarn. I usually use a different brand. However, this was the one that had a specific color in the amount that I needed. The yarn itself has some knots in it which I had to work around, however other brands I've used have knots, too, so it was on the same level. The end result of the weight of what I made came out nice and warm, it was also soft. It is a gift so I will not know if it will pill or how long it will last in terms of threadbareness. What I am concerned about is that I use a crochet hook with a soft, silicone, ergonomic handle. I've used it with other yarns before, other colors, no problem. My handle USED to be purple. After using this yarn it now has patches of black due to the color transfer. I attached a picture of my hook. It used to be a brighter purple. You can see the black around the edge where the metal meets the silicone. The rest of the hook, that's the darkening from the dye of the yarn (the flash might have gotten in the way of showing it on the rest of the hook clearly). I would still recommend this yarn, for now, but with caution. There are tips on how to prevent items from bleeding out in the wash. I think these tips should be used when you make items with this yarn.

Just what I was looking for

I like bernat blanket yarn!! All of it is great to me!! It is thick, soft, and cozy yarn. There are so many color to choose from. I ordered black and the color is beautiful, and bright nothing dull about it. I like that it was a bigger ball of yarn. It was wrapped in plastic to protect it and such a good price!!

El tamaño es muy rendidor, lo use para tejer muñecos amigurumis, quedan super suave otos.

The yarn itself is really soft and the ball is big . I was just really sad to see that i lost so much yarn for the project i wanna do .. i receive the ball with a part of the yarn cut and loosely reattached to it like nothing happened . I would've prefered a complete ball . I'll see what i can do with it .

I have never seen or used a larger ball of yarn, beyond worth it for the price and quantity as well as quality of the yarn. Love this yarn, would recommend using three for a blanket full size, I will be buying more in different colours

Llegó bien solo que algunas zonas del estambre estaban maltratadas y de repente una unión de de hilo de estambre

I did not buy enough of this yarn at my local craft store so I figured I would just buy more from here. The colour is the same but the yarn itself is not nearly as soft as what I was using before. It feels almost closer to microfibre than the fleecy texture. I’ll still be using it as it’s not a huge deal and not overly noticeable unless you’re focusing on it
