These are my favorite green olives. Much milder in taste. Perfect texture.

The olives have a freshness and subtle, not-salty flavor not normally found in domestic commercial products. They are great plain, in salads, or in martinis. Their unique flavor is lost in cooking, however.

Had Castelventrano olives at a recent gathering and they were wonderful. These were close, but not the subtle mild flavor I expected. More to the manzanilla olive saltiness. Texture was great, but not sure I would order again.

Great tasting olives

These are my favorite type of olives, the only ones i eat. But usually they are big and fat and juicy-even pitted ones. The jars in my supermarket were so small so i came here to find bigger jars. I read reviews for so many and these came highly recommended-i even bought 2 jars! Im kind of disappointed. The first one i had was kind of soft and a little soggy. the other ones i ate after were just ok. The flavor didnt blow me away and they were really small. I dont know much about olives and maybe they were small bc of season or growing practices or region, but i feel like they should be bigger and meatier and these just weren't. Ill try another brand when im done with these two jars
