Very useful
I was looking for a medium size flexible dough scraper similar to the Bake With Jack scrapers. It is a little bit stiffer than I was hoping for but it is flexible enough and sturdy enough for my application. I have used it to mix sandwich dough, scrape the bowl and counter top, and to cut and shape rolls. It worked great in all of those applications. I would buy them again.

Multi-use bench scraper
Super sturdy and just toss in the dishwasher. Saw chefs using it on the cooking shows and wanted to try. Starting to bake more and it's great to cut dough. I make alot of stir fry dishes so this is perfect to get those diced items from the cutting board to the pan without making a mess. Very sturdy and comfortable grip. Highly recommend.

Good Bowl Scraper
It gets the job done on most size of bowls. Cleans up nicely.

It's great for mixing bread dough or helping to knead
The curved side works great for using in a bowl to bring bread dough together. I also use the flat side to pick up chopped onions, garlic or other diced items to put into a recipe. The only problem is that on one of them, I used the flat edge in an attempt to remove stuck on bread dough pieces to clean it off of a wood kitchen board - this action created loose plastic on the flat side of the bench scraper. Therefore, we're no longer using that side to touch any food,

Perfect!!
These scrapers are perfect for cleaning out bowls and getting bits off flat surfaces. I mainly got them for when I started making sourdough and needed something flexible, yet sturdy, to get dough bits out of the bowl.

Simple but indispensable tool.
This little tool does the job so there is no dough left behind! I use this to coax bread dough out of its bulk fermentation bowl to begin shaping. I happily discovered that it also helps me shape the dough in preparation for baking. This was something I thought was a silly addition to my very well equipped kitchen but I quickly discovered that it is indispensable. Go ahead--buy it!
