8-1/2-Inch Carnival Chewable Perch

My parakeet loves it. So much fun chewing his toy and swinging.

I think every bird owner struggles with getting toys that are safe yet engaging. This was recommended to me by another bird owner and I was shocked how quickly they were attracted to it. I have 4 parakeets and placed near perches, they can all find a spot to chew/shred. It’s very engaging and I will be sure to always have one in the cage. Best investment so far.

My 2 budgies instantly started destroying this toy. They love it. 2 weeks later about 1/3 of it has been shredded.

Although the price of this toy has gone up over the years, I still find that it is very much worth it. My budgies destroy this thing after two months or so. They love it so much, so ultimately it's worth the steep price.

I bought some of the smaller kabobs and they didn't last anytime with my female parakeets not sure why but they love it... this one seems to last longer....in the picture you can barely see my little green parakeet Georgia she's working on it as I speak.... She not only chews the kabobs on the side but she chews the perch wood even the male chews the perch wood.... At any rate it's well worth the money and my parakeets are thoroughly entertained and kept busy....

It was bigger than I thought. It's pretty bulky and takes up a lot of space in my 24x24 cage but we'll see if my bird likes it. No plastic and is safe for the bird which is what I like most about it.

My parakeets love these! ❤️. Just an idea but they always shred the colorful ones first.

This is the third time I have purchased this for my Senegal, Buddy. Swinging and chewing are two of her favorite pastimes so what could be better than a chewable swing? She swings and chews and after she no longer feels secure standing and swinging on it, she simply stands on another close perch so she can finish the chewing. It keeps her entertained when I am gone and she cannot be out of her cage.My only word of caution is that it seems it would be easy for a parrot to get "tied up" in the ropes after most of the balsa is gone. Buddy has never had this problem but I think it could be a possibility. I always replace it when the side pieces are totally gone.

This is my conure's favourite toy. I've purchased four or five of them over the past 18 months. He loves chilling out on the perch, or hanging on to the outside and tearing the coloured discs to shreds.

My bird and I and long fans of bird kabob products, my conure will tear through these at varying speeds depending on her mood/need to chew. This new model with chewable stand should provide for many days of satisfying destruction

My cockatiels really enjoy this swing. The swing part was not wide enough at the top when tied as it was. Also I was afraid that my birds would get caught on the string that was used, so I strung a leather lace through the kabobs and perch and then put a straw at the top to divide the top. Works wonderfully.

My conure goes nuts for kabobs!! He loves it, he's already destroyed one.
