Clarity over party
Crisp, clear acoustic sharp sounds. This isn’t for partying (okay maybe for a small room) but if you’re looking to edit, work, have them for a in home studio. These are it. No regret.

Nice clear sound
I use these with my mp3 mixer and laptop setup. I can't find a way to connect using Bluetooth so I have to use the cable which limits placement of the speakers. I haven't tried them at full volume but don't need to even at lowish volume I can hear each sounds clearly. Nice looking and a good weight for their small size.

The first time I've been disappointed by JBL
Got to say these are not up to my expectations of JBL. They are rather quiet and lack heft and bass. Other reviews are good and say a well balanced sound and room-filling but that's not what I'm hearing and I'm no bass-head either so it's somewhat inexplicable. For the price I was expecting more. They look nice; they're stylish, but that's secondary. They connect to your source sound in several ways and that's a good design point too but the key thing for me is the sound yet on this occasion - and for the first time - JBL have disappointed me

Premetto che sono un amante delle yamaha msp, ho la serie 5 e la serie 3...cercavo una soluzione "portatile" compatta e performante e dopo decine di audio test online le ho preferite alle iloud micro (sembravano troppo bassose) e ne sono contento: paragonate fianco a fianco con le yamaha msp3 sembrano sorelle nella timbrica e nella copertura delle frequenze...ovviamente in potenza non reggono il confronto, ma sono più che sufficienti per ascoltare musica in casa o come monitor da scrivania! Davvero soddisfatto e assolutamente consigliate...se non siete amanti delle dinamiche bassose tipo krk...

Erstaunlich guter Klang
Diese Lautsprecher haben einen erstaunlich guten Klang. Ich benutze sie hauptsächlich über Bluetooth. Das ist das einzige Manko was ich feststellen konnte: die Ersteinrichtung war gelinde gesagt holperig. Die Lautsprecher weigerten sich hartnäckig in den Kopplungsmodus zu gehen, ich hatte schon vor sie zurückzuschicken als es dann plötzlich aus mir nicht erklärlichen Gründen doch funktionierte. Der nicht abschaltbare "Einschaltton" ist nervig.

Really nice desktop monitors
These are very fine desktop monitor speakers: Pros: They look awesome (I have the white pair, but they come in black as well). The design, while reminiscent of a giant suppository, stands out visually. They are SOLID. Everything about them feels very secure -- so probably, no rattling problems will occur. I doubt they are made of wood (not in that shape!) and whatever material they are using for the enclosure feels solid and firm. They sound very CRISP, CLEAR, and have a good thumping bass. The mid-range is a bit hollow at first, but as the speakers age and condition, this should work itself out. I think it is common to all NEW speakers and even headphones. They have plenty of volume, no problems there. They have excellent stereo separation, making a wide stereo sound stage, even when only a few feet apart. Hook-up was easy. They come with speaker wire, a power cable and a 3.5mm male to two RCA male (red and white) cable to connect to a computer. They also have 1/4" TRS type inputs, as well as Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm input jack on the front, as well as a muting headphone jack. I haven't tried the bluetooth, so I don't know how they perform, with it. CONS: None really. They could sound a bit warmer, but that will come in time through use. OVERALL: A great set of speakers at an affordable price for computer studio monitors. Great for mixing music and vocals into a video. I like them.
