This is the most effective probiotic I have ever used. I doubled the dose for the first two days as I was having serious issues with gas, pain and bloating. Within 36 hours I felt significantly better. Within 48 hours I was back to normal. I should note I've had gastric bypass surgery; this product has returned me to a state of comfort and well-being that I've been missing over the past several months.I strongly recommend this product.

I really don't know if this is working. I am not taking it very long. The doctor said it was good to take, so I do.

It seems like every health expert or website is now advising people of all ages take a probiotic regularly to maintain and boost the good bacteria in their body, so I decided to give these a try. In the past, I have always taken them when I have been on an antibiotic but never regularly for general health purposes. While I haven't had any crazy amazingly surprising results/benefits thus far, I definitely have felt well and have had absolutely no negative effects also. I also have not been sick. At all. Kept in the fridge, I have taken them on an empty stomach as recommended up to 3 times a day. I'm still working on completing the bottle, but I will say that I feel probiotics are beneficial for everyone to consume and these are by far the easiest to swallow. Received the bottle just a described. Dose is 2 small capsules daily. Easy to take. Ingredients appear to be good quality. They actually appear to be of better quality with more colonies than other probiotics I've taken before and with small capsules. I'm very pleased with this product. I did receive this product at a discounted price for a fair product review. However, I will likely purchase this again based on the quality and capsule size.
