We use 8" paper towels, can they be used in this dispenser?

Hello, this is the customer response team at Georgia-Pacific. The 54518 dispenser is designed to be used only with a 9" wide paper towel roll. The correct refill number is 26610. Thank you.

What battery size is this new pacific blue ultra 9 is using?

Hello, This is Sandy with Georgia Pacific. This dispenser takes 4 D-size batteries. The initial set of batteries ships with each dispenser. Thank you.

can i use Paper Towel Roll 600 feet or only 400 feet ?

Hello, this is the customer response team at Georgia Pacific. The correct refill paper towel rolls for this dispenser are the 26610 which is 400 linear feet per roll and the 26611 which is 500 linear feet roll. Thank you.

Does this model have to be mounted on the wall? Can I just put it on the counter in kitchen? Thanks.

Hello, this is the customer response team at Georgia Pacific. While you can set this dispenser on the counter and it will work, there are a few things to consider. Please note that the paper towel dispenses out from the bottom so, the paper towel will roll out onto the counter top and the cover hinge is located underneath the dispenser so the dispenser will not sit flush with the counter top. Thank you.
