Like a sponge
first I'll say, it doesn't bounce...it does expand to hold cards, keys, phone, etc....and it is pretty comfortable...but I'm gonna give it 1 star because unless your phone is waterproof, you will need to pack it in a ziploc...went on a short run today with it for the first time...only 5 miles...when I finished, I ran over to the smoothie shop...when I pulled out a $20 from the smaller of the two pouches, it was soaking wet...it looked like it had been submerged...you could squeeze sweat out of it...just gross...somehow, my cell which was in the larger pouch, managed to survive the drenching...I'm not sure that any of the other brands available are any better in this regard...but I can't recommend this item to a runner based on this performance

i have many of these and this one simply does not cut it in my opinion for what i intended use is. I'm very picky too so it might just work well in your application.

Overall good product
I am so far very happy with this item. The pockets are great, my phone fits! One minor issue is that it is a little on the small side for me, wish they had put up measurement chart, as it really is not one size fits all. I would definitely order this product in the future and recommend it to others.

Fits any smartphone
I LOVE this thing. I use it every day. I have a large smartphone and it is stretchy enough to easily accommodate it. It has a key pouch where you can tuck in a couple dollars with your keys. It also has several loops for gels or whatever.I use it to hold my smartphone for morning runs. I team it up with a Motorola blue tooth headset to listen to tunes and the mapmyrun app to measure my run. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Great running belt.
Like this belt a lot! I've been using it for 5 months now. Washes well and doesn't stretch out. My iPhone sometimes slides in the compartment and causes it to bounce up and down but all I need to do is adjust it.

Thought it would be a cool way to carry stuff like car keys rather than hiding them.
But honestly I put it on once decided it's not for me.Bought a belt with a pocket that carries a bottle, that fits my needs better on long runs.

Too big, not one size fits all. My phone bounces when I run. The gel loops are so small I can barely get a gel squeezed in there.

Best running belt yet.
As advertised. Simple, yet gets the job done. This is my 4th running belt, and by far my favorites. The others bounced, did not hold what I needed and the zippers rusted. The jury is still out on whether the zippers will fail on this one, but till then I'm loving it. I highly recommend this belt.
