Didn't like product; impressed by seller - Palace Garden
Received replacement pruner and it is excellent. If the company hadn't contacted me, I would have let it go as another disappointment. But they took the initiative and sent a replacement which works beautifully. Will chalk up the first experience as a manufacturer's error. Would highly recommend working with Palace Garden.Just heard from company who expressed their disappointment that I did not like their product, with a promise that my money would be refunded. I am impressed that I would receive such a quick reply. Every product is not for everyone. Although this pruner did not meet my expectations, the company surely did. I would buy from them again.My initial comment -- Either this is not the pruner I read about or someone forgot to sharpen it. Very disappointed. More mashed stems rather than cut stems. However, very comfortable in hand which is why I gave it a 2 star rather than 1. Returning item.

Not a good pair of sheers
Not a good pair of sheers. I received yesterday and used them today. Very first cut caused a chunk of the metal on the sheers to literally sever in half, rendering it a useless pair of sheers. Poor quality metal and not recommended for purchase.

Spend a little more and get a better pair of pruners... Palace Garde Bypass Pruner
They are not very sharp and they are heavy and hard to cut with. The safety latch catches easily making them cumbersome because you have to continually unlock them.

Not what I thought it would be
Doesn't cut as clean as I would like. The piece that locks the primer comes loose.

For the price, it is an very good value, quality could be better, but better than most.

Best one for the price
Cuts woody rose stems well. I also used this to trim twigs while making a fairy house and it works well. I like the safety feature to keep the blades shut and it works easily. Best gadget of its kind for the price.

Absolute GARBAGE
These pieces of junk broke on the first twig I cut. Don't waste your money.

You get what you pay for........
Not really sharp. The screw that keeps the locking lever on is constantly unscrewing itself.
