Excellent product and sound quality but does not mute MS Teams automatically. I have used this for about a month regularly and it is fantastic - not having to wear a headset for long calls is a big improvement. Easy to setup, excellent sound quality but at least for me does not mute teams when you hit the mute button. Seems to mute zoom correctly but not teams. Of course the sound is muted but it doesn’t update the mute indicator which means people are not sure if you are about to say something. I would still recommend but I just don’t know why it doesn’t do something so simple - perhaps the product is not at fault - I don’t know.

Currently I am working from home, so I bought this device as I have to attend many conference calls. Using the bluetooth connection, the sound is fine, but the microphone disconnects in the middle of calls in many occasions, a big inconvenient if you are in a meeting (this happens both using Skype for Business and Cisco Webex). Using the USB connections, for whatever reason, my office desktop (windows 10) cannot handle the speaker. It works fine using a Chromebook. I contacted the Anker customer service, and they thought the device is faulty, but I did not feel confident with the process they suggested to exchange it, and the communication was slow: basically you receive a reply after 24 h, so when you have exchange 3 mails... is four days, with not a lot of progress. Finally, I decide to return the device using the Amazon return service. ***UPDATE*** It seems the problem with the mic is not caused by the PowerConf. I bought two phonespeakers of different brands and have the same problem, so the problem seems to be related with the drivers installed on the Windows 10 office laptop, that I cannot update, I was using. Anker customer service contacted me again and sent me a device, in order to try it again. I have used it with a Chromebook and my Android phone and it works very well, the people on the other side of the line hear me with no problem. It doubles up as speaker and the sound quality is good enough (much better than the speakers of the phone or the laptop). In addition, the size and shape makes it very convenient to take it everywhere.

I have now owned this for approx three months and have used it extensively. I bought it due to working from home and the sheer number of conference calls i was now participating in. I primarily use Teams on my work PC. Pro's (using it connected to PC via USB cable) Vastly improved microphones over my surface pro (gen 3) laptop. Clear speaker with good volume adjustment. Nicely made and finish. Good price compared to the competition. Central mute button is very useful on calls and quicker than using the software. PC turns the device on when starting Con's Tried to use it once on bluetooth and even at 2% volume it was ridiculously loud and unusable. I wouldn't play music on it, tried it and there are much better options out there if you need this facility, this is purely designed for calls. Summary: I am really pleased with the device but am using it as an integral part of my home office set up so the portability etc is not relevant to me. I contacted Anker regarding the bluetooth problem and have updated the firmware as recommended but have not tried the bluetooth since so am unsure as to whether this corrected the problem. Overall very pleased with my purchase, had i not encountered the bluetooth issue it would have been 5 stars as i believe products should work as intended out of the box and not be reliant on firmware updates.

Handy device to hold meetings whilst working remotely. Good sound quality and the multiple microphones are very clever

Having bought a conference phone during covid for working from home I always had issues. Ending up on the headset most of the day. However upgrading to the Anker is a revelation, it works with MS teams with no issues and people tell me the sound quality is great and I can certainly hear call my end perfectly. It seems very well constructed with a high quality feel. It was on offer when I bought so very happy with the price and usual quick and easy delivery. So 5 stars for me. Great improvement for my home office and used 4-5 hours a day now.

Audio on this unit is very clear and I love the fact that is it portable, just zip it into its little case and off you go - great for so many occasions not only business but family calls too. Far better than just he speaker on your mobile and with six mics it's multi directional so I can continue cooking and moving around the kitchen whilst on the phone. Multi Directional for Multi Tasking!

I got this as it looked like it'd do the job. It looks and feels like a great quality product and I was excited to break free from wearing headsets/ear phones all day. However, this was not the case. I am a technical person (work in IT, so be assured this is not user-error!) and this gave me no end of trouble in the 2 days I owned this product; from dropping off bluetooth randomly, to people sounding like aliens, and the device categorically not working through the USB cable. Maybe I got a faulty unit, but I know of one other colleague of mine have made the same mistake as me and had to return their Anker unit too. He has gone Jabra instead, and he doesn't have these issues anymore. I'll be doing the same, and I suggest you do too. Hope that helps!

Excellent speaker. Le son est clair et suffisamment puissant. La connexion via bluetooth est facile et rapide. Fonctionne parfaitement avec Microsoft Teams. Le design est agréable et assez qualitatif au niveau des finitions. Seul bémol : il n'y a pas la place pour stocker le câble de chargement dans l'étuis fourni. Mais la boîte est pratique pour garder l'étuis avec l'appareil et le câble.

Je passe énormément de temps en réunions téléphoniques et je commençais à être fatigué d'utiliser le kit piéton avec mon téléphone. J'ai longtemps cherché un produit comme cette "enceinte de conférence" et c'est par hasard que je suis tombé sur ce modèle. J'avais déjà une enceinte bluetooth anker dont je suis très satisfait donc j'ai sauté le pas. Pour résumer: - Qualité audio top pour un usage seul. - Atténuation des bruits très efficace. Mes interlocuteurs n'entendent pas les véhicules qui circulent dehors (fenêtre ouverte à moins de 2m de l'enceinte). Témoin indiquant quel est le micro utilisé pour l'écoute. - Très bel aspect visuel (chassis en métal, objet lourd) - Connectivité Bluetooth + usb (utilisation possible avec un pc) - Grosse autonomie Les moins: - quand je coupe le micro, l'info ne semble pas remonter dans Teams - Il faut rester dans un rayon d'1m environ autour de l'enceinte sinon les interlocuteurs me disent qu'ils m'entendent de loin. Elle reste posée à coté de mon clavier sur le bureau donc pas de problème pour moi. - pas de multi pairing bluetooth : deux appareils ne peuvent pas se connecter simultanément en bluetooth. C'est soit l'un, soit l'autre. Je suis vraiment très content de mon achat!!!
